Projects Our Current Project is in Palm Desert CA
Our two current projects involves Parcel 4 and Parcel 8. Parcel 4 will contain the University Village FoodMart as well as the Coldstone Creamery. Parcel 8 will contain a Baja Fresh, Johnnie's New York Pizza, NRgize Juice, Ranch 1, Samurai Sams, and a Kahala Coffee Traders.
