Welcome, DCI is hard at work trying to provide you premium food with out the premium price!
Our Site is very conveniently located in beautiful Palm Desert, California at the center of the Coachella Valley near California Interstate 10 and the newly developed Cook Street exit. We are situated on the south west corner of Gerald Ford Drive and Cook Street. We are located just minutes away from world-class golf courses, casinos, restaurants, shops, venues, and many more area attractions. We are right up the street from the new California State University Palm Desert Campus and the University of California extension. We are also located just south of the new Classic Club Golf Resort. Two parcels of land have been purchased by DCI. Pad 4 will house a Coldstone Creamery and the University Village Food Mart. Pad 8 will house the franchises listed below.
